How the Video Effects Tool Works
Adjust the look and feel of your videos by tweaking brightness, contrast, saturation, filters, and more—all powered by FFmpeg running right in your browser.
1. Upload your video
Drag and drop a supported video file into the upload area or click to browse your device. The tool loads the video and shows basic information like duration, format, and size.
2. Adjust effects and preview
Use the sliders and toggles to change brightness, contrast, saturation, color tone, playback speed, volume, fades, rotation, flips, and artistic filters. You can preview the original video while fine-tuning your settings.
3. Process and download
When you are happy with the adjustments, start processing. The media engine applies the effects and produces a new video file you can preview and download.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about applying video effects in your browser.
The tool uses a WebAssembly build of FFmpeg that runs in your browser. Your video files are processed locally and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Effects are applied during a re-encode step, which can slightly change quality. However, the goal is to preserve as much visual detail as possible while adding your chosen adjustments.
Video rendering is CPU-intensive, especially when multiple effects are enabled. Longer or higher-resolution videos will naturally take more time to process, particularly on lower-powered devices.
Once a video is exported with effects applied, those changes are baked in. To try a different look, reload the original file, adjust the sliders or filters, and process again.
It may run on modern mobile browsers, but processing large videos with multiple effects can be heavy. For the best performance, use a desktop or laptop computer.
No installation is required. Open this page in a modern browser, upload your video, adjust the effects, and download the processed result.
